TAMPA, Fla. - July 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Homeward Real Estate is excited to welcome 5 new agents to our team this June: Elaine Grau, Ernie Harpster, Sharlene Woodis, Doug Katulich, and Tim Weigner.

Ernie, Sharlene, and Doug are former Keller Williams Realtors and a part of The Tampa Home Team. Doug and Sharlene, a husband/wife duo, are the founders of The Tampa Home Team and have been serving the Tampa Bay Area for the past 12 years. They are residents of Tampa and are well versed in the surrounding counties of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas. Combined they offer over 24 years of real estate experience.

Ernie has been a licensed real estate professional since 1984 and started his career in Minneapolis, MN. He joined the Tampa Team when he moved to Florida in 2005. Ernie’s knowledge of mortgage and the financing industry as well as real estate helps with his success in buying and selling homes. His services serve buyers and sellers in Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Hernando County. The Tampa Home Team’s objective is to help you obtain a good investment that you are proud to call home.

Elaine Grau obtained her license is 1991 and is rejoining the real estate industry. We are happy to have her rejoining under Homeward Real Estate. We are also pleased to welcome Tim Weigner, formally employed with Coldwell Banker, to our Homeward team. Elaine and Tim will be a part of our South Tampa team.

We are eager to kick off the summer with the addition of the new agents and with the expansions in our offices. This April, our South Tampa office relocated to 4045 Henderson Blvd, Tampa FL 33629. The relocation provides our agents with more office space and additional administrative support. Not only did we relocate, but we are happy to announce a St. Petersburg location at 4219 Gulf Blvd, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706. With the new office we are looking to obtain more business in the St. Petersburg and surrounding area.
