Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston names Itamar Chalif to Board of Directors

MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. - July 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston announces that Itamar Chalif of Middleboro, MA has been named to the organization’s Board of Directors.

In this capacity, he will help guide the growth and direction of Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston, an organization he joined shortly after its launch seven years ago.

Since August of 2010, Chalif has served as a Vice President of Business Banking with Rockland Trust Company, helping business owners with banking needs, and often with non-bank related services and needs, through his collaborative networks among business leaders and advisors.

Prior to that, he was the CEO and founder of Atlantic Capital Solutions, an organization that provided financing solutions for businesses seeking to expand. During his tenure at Rockland Trust Company, he has organized and leads a monthly educational seminar series designed to help local business owners run their businesses more effectively.

The word “entrepreneur” is part of Itamar’s makeup. From serial business successes in his native country, he brought his experiences to the United States in 1991. Despite a softening economy and at the time a lack of proficiency in English, he built a track record of success in the sale and financing of rolling stock (cars, trucks and heavy equipment), which led to the creation of Atlantic Capital Solutions.  This finance consulting practice served the needs of business owners throughout the country, guiding and advocating for them in assessing alternatives to secure the right funding and credit solutions.  In addition, through long term lender relationships, he assembled solid financing structures to sustain clients’ growth, or in some cases their survival.

In 2010, he joined Rockland Trust to help build on the Bank’s expanding services to its business customers. He is a speaker, writer and respected counsel to the business community.
