This would mean marketability of some commercial properties (approximately 20% of commercial properties could be in the "F" and "G" rating brackets) would become impossible unless upgraded to meet the minimum standards. We suggest that the following actions are to be made: All commercial properties needs to have an EPC assessment An "Energy Efficiency Plan" shoild be made put in place to improve the Enerfy Efficiency of the commercial property.
