The NOLA Hip-Hop Awards
is a hip-hop centralized awards showcase, giving appropriate appreciation, respect and honor to New Orleans
area artists who exemplify the essential aspects of not just any particular popular culture, but urban culture. Urban culture
is not only a way of life, but pumps billions of dollars into the global economy each year and is quickly becoming a recognized and legitimate lifestyle. Producer/entrepreneur/
promoter/artist Lawrence “Crack Tracks” Parker
created the NOLA Hip Hop Awards years back, with the idea of honoring the many globally known music acts that have helped to promote in a positive manner, the genre of hip hop music. Parker has worked with many of the greats and continues to grow his brand, along with that of the NOLA Hip Hop Awards.
