JETSCI industrial inkjet marks over 10 installations across India

NEW DELHI - July 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Monotech Inkjet Systems, a distinguished division of Monotech Systems specialized in manufacturing and supplying of high speed single pass industrial inkjet systems for variable data printing has installed over 10 Systems across India having various customized configuration with multiple printhead setups.

Since its inception, Y series has been our Flagship solution for the customers and delivered various benefits to the customers over other solutions available in the market. Being manufactured in India, it offers great extent of flexibility to customers in terms of capital cost, running costs, customized configuration, on field upgradation, fastest turnaround time and job setups with wonderful support structure.

Currently JETSCI production systems are offered in two variants: Y Series and M Series, both utilizing world’s leading inkjet printhead technologies.

Y series is now available with enhanced setup to ease the installations and minimize the work to be done by customers like Roller mounting assy, Servo Driven automatic X and Z axis travel, Touch screen HMI etc.

Newly launched M series have proved its reliability and have the customer’s first choice from its first installation due to low cost of capital, running costs and the great flexibility in the solutions and speeds matching their current conventional setups.

Customers are printing various jobs with JETSCI Y series and M series at speeds over 150 m/min either with UV curable inks or water based inks depending on the applications. Applications currently being printed with these systems include Courier Bills, redemption Tickets, Tags, Labels, OMR Sheets with Lithocode & Barcodes, University certificates, Holograms, lottery tickets, cheque personalization.

Customers can print high quality variable data printing jobs online /offline with both systems at lowest running costs which includes barcodes, QR/2-D codes, Address, Text, Number, logical and sequence numbers, OMR and litho Codes, Images, Custom fonts, full or part page variable data etc. and many more at high resolutions of up to 1200 and 1440 DPI and Speeds of over 150 m/min.
