"I think that now is the right time to join forces with System Care because there is a huge opportunity to leverage each other’s strengths, and move even faster towards our long-term vision. With the merger, our vision remains the same: delivering happiness to clients, employees and vendors. We just want to get there faster," says Andrew Moon, founder of Network Logix.
Network Logix has operated in the Columbus area for 10 years and supports small business clients, law offices, and property management companies in Cleveland and Columbus. System Care supports law offices in Cleveland and Columbus, as well as medical, financial services, and manufacturing companies across Ohio. The merger will support a customer base of nearly 1,000 end users on a daily basis. System Care Inc. has achieved the Weatherhead 100 award four times in their history, and will now have a total staff of 17 people.
Recently, the two companies implemented offsite storage for backup and disaster recovery services with a central repository located in the Columbus Metro Data Center (www.metrodatacenter.com)
According to Mike Mandato, Executive Vice President of System Care Inc., "This is a natural progression as we have partnered for years to serve clients in Cleveland and Columbus. The merger and integration of the business with Andrew’s managed services experience and knowledge will streamline our delivery, help us be more productive and prepare us to grow in both markets."
With their history of partnership, it was realized that System Care Inc. and Network Logix IT service offerings were very similar. Both companies offer Managed IT Services for a fixed monthly fixed fee, as well as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) programs, dedicated help desk for customer support, and solutions for all Business Technology. They address all business needs for record retention, email and user policy standards, security requirements, and training for specific industries and products.
