“Our team needed to expand to keep up with the increased buyer demand,” said Michael Malloy, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes. “I have high expectations for this sales team, and I know that their backgrounds in the industry will help them succeed.”
Selling at the Reserve at Brookleigh in Brookhaven, Caddell has over 20 years of experience and is a top performing sales agent. She loves the location of Brookleigh, a mixed-use, master planned community with walking trail, Central Park and Shops at Brookleigh, and knows that its single-family homes and townhomes will sell quickly. Dewitt sells at nearby Savoy at Town Brookhaven and has 16 years of real estate experience. By establishing trust and connections with future buyers, as well as making sure that existing buyers are continually supported, Dewitt will help close out this sought after townhome community where modern luxury meets world class charm.
In South Forsyth, Ibenthal will be the new community sales manager at Provence. With over 15 years of experience, Ibenthal holds many industry awards, including the Phoenix Award and Million Dollar Circle Award. She enjoys Provence’s beautiful winding wooded entry that suggests a secluded community, but that it is ideally located close to GA 400, shopping and fantastic schools.
Ibenthal also is excited about working with Ashton Woods Homes. “The Atlanta division has an amazing sense of camaraderie. They are genuinely interested in making the customer happy and have a great time doing it.”
Rigdon will also be working in South Forsyth at Reserve at James Creek and in Alpharetta at Kimball Bridge Walk. With over 15 years in retail sales and customer service, Rigdon loves Ashton Woods’ homes, training and team. She looks forward to helping buyers find their dream homes.
With eight years of experience, Sanders can be found at the new community of Heritage at Crabapple in Milton. Her favorite features include its distinctive architectural design, especially the model home with the unique detached garage.
“Ashton Woods is like a family to me,” explained Sanders. “I started out temping for the builder and fell in love with the people. Then I worked at different properties, and I fell in love with the quality of homes that we build, as well as the options we offer. When you believe in the product you’re selling, you are given an overwhelming sense of confidence; therefore, it makes it easy to focus on the experience for the buyer and not on the sale.”
In Woodstock, Zolga will help handle the sales at Stoney Creek. There, Zolga appreciates how friendly the neighbors are and how peaceful the community is, even though its near all that the area has to offer.
