1000 Mile Sportswear debuts in New Jersey with Bills Army & Navy Outdoors

SHORT HILLS, N.J. - June 30, 2014 - PRLog -- There aren't too many independently owned stores that have been around for more than 43 years. Rarer still are the Army and Navy stores of yesteryear. These stores ooze of history, mystery, and an endless supply of military and government surplus. "I love Army & Navy stores" says 1000 Mile U.S. distributor Paul Gill. And this is where 1000 Mile enters the picture. "I'm a sucker for new products, but they have to provide true value for my customer." Says Lee. He goes on to say "The 1000 Mile double layer sock appeals to me as we have a lot of hikers that use both a separate liner and outer sock. His was the third store in the nation to carry Vibram's Five Finger shoes when they first hit the market.
