TATOC affiliation success for Connex U.K. & Ireland

MANCHESTER, U.K. - June 30, 2014 - PRLog -- TATOC has announced that leading marketing services company, Connex U.K. & Ireland, has been approved for TATOC affiliation.

The Connex Marketing Group ( http://www.connexgroup.net) has been delivering sales and marketing tools to companies for more than 25 years. Today, their ‘holiday plus unlimited’ voucher product provides members with unlimited access to free hotel stays in a wide selection of locations throughout the U.K. and Europe.

The vouchers are used for incentives for sales promotion, customer loyalty and employee motivation by leading brands across various industries – including timeshare.

Connex operates on a strictly business-to-business basis. Programmes are only available through selected business partners and cannot be purchased by clients directly.

“We decided to apply for affiliation to support the efforts of TATOC in the industry,” said Michael Laws, managing director of Connex U.K. and Ireland. “We also wanted to open up our incentive products to mature resorts who might not be aware of the opportunities available to them.”

As affiliates of TATOC, Connex will adhere to the TATOC Code of Conduct issued in August 2011 and the association’s code of ethics. All companies wishing to affiliate to TATOC are thoroughly vetted beforehand and continually monitored. The Timeshare Association (Timeshare Owners and Committees), known as TATOC, was formed in 1989 and is the only elected consumer association representing the interests of timeshare owners in Europe.

Launched five years ago, TATOC affiliation was developed to provide a directory of suppliers of services such as marketing, exchange and re-sale to the timeshare industry in Europe.

TATOC member resorts looking to purchase such services for their own operations and to recommend to their members can work with these businesses safe in the knowledge they are regularly assessed to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Today there are over 30 affiliated companies offering high quality, customer-focused products and services to the timeshare industry. TATOC affiliation has given these companies the edge when competing with other non-affiliated businesses.
