KEYNOTES BLACK SINGLES CONVENTION Dating expert and author Lisa Altalida will keynote the Black Convention, Friday, July 25, 2014, at the exclusive Sequoyah Country Club, nestled in the affluent Oakland hills at 4550 Heafey Road, Oakland CA. “African American professionals have a tougher dating challenge when trying to find a similarly educated and professional mate, as African Americans have smaller numbers in these areas compared to their Caucasian counterparts. This becomes a heavy burden for single black female professionals, who find a shallow dating pool of well-educated successful black male professionals.” Ms. Altalida will discuss how to avoid meeting people who are not on your level and instead reach the upper echelon of the dating pool. She will also reveal how to navigate through the traps of online and social media dating in a Catfish world, where so many pretend to be someone they are not. Lisa Altalida uses a Drill Sergeant approach in her books, Dating Boot Camp and The Pocket Idiot’s Guide to Getting Girls. Her entertaining advice has been featured by The Chicago Tribune & Sun Times, USA Today, Toronto Sun, and numerous other TV, Radio, and Print Media. She is available to the news media for interviews by calling 510-917-4847. The Convention opens at 7:30pm with Ms. Altalida’s Keynote, followed by a Dance Party. Adults of all ages and all ethnic groups are welcome. The Convention is sponsored by The Society of Single Professionals, the world’s largest non-profit singles organization. The cost to attend is $20 at the door. Discounts and more singles parties are available at www.ThePartyHotline.com or by calling 415/507-9962. End
