Carroll said the presentation was the view from a helicopter and that in subsequent weeks, each of the items discussed on June 25 would be provided to educate a dentist so they could understand the tactics or have knowledge to choose the best third-party to provide the service.
The presentation also featured a two-minute exercise that forever changes a person’s perspective regarding day-to-day operations and having a strategy to succeed.
