With more than four decades of experience combined, Allen will drive demand for insurance products and services while Shukert will gather and analyze data and provide recommendations for the sales team.

Allen comes to SeniorQuote from ACTIVE Network (http://www.activenetwork.com/), a global provider of SaaS technology that powers participant and activity management, where she was the Senior Manager of Marketing for Sports. In this role, Allen was accountable for business-to-business market strategy to grow brand value and market share through inbound and outbound new customer acquisition marketing programs, generating leads and revenue contribution at more than 40 percent year-over-year. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Director of Marketing at Office Depot (http://www.officedepot.com/) where she led efforts across channels to reposition and strengthen visibility of brand value propositions, emphasizing key brand elements of service, insights and value over price point of commodity products. Additionally, Allen worked in high level marketing positions at other reputable companies, including Hickory Farms (http://www.hickoryfarms.com/), Smith+Noble (http://www.smithandnoble.com/), Road Runner Sports (http://www.roadrunnersports.com/) and the California College for Health Sciences (http://www.apple.com/). She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College and possesses certificates in Virtual Team Leadership and Analytics Platform Principles. In addition, Allen currently serves on the board for the San Diego Direct Marketing Association (http://sddma.org/).

Prior to joining SeniorQuote, Shukert was the Director of Finance and IT at Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp (http://www.souplantation.com/). In these roles, he established a formal finance department with oversight of financial planning and analysis, developed guest clustering models, helped secure refinancing of $225 million and created and standardized the core infrastructure to enterprise solutions which increased security, simplified the operation and improved company efficiencies. Prior to that position, Shukert was an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (http://www.boozallen.com/) where he developed forecasting and benchmark analysis for major U.S. healthcare providers, as well as cost estimates for IT programs within the Department of Defense. Other high level positions included Senior Financial Analyst at Petco (http://www.petco.com/), Financial Analyst Intern at Target (http://www.target.com/), Software Developer at Internet Strategy and Technical Support at Action Systems (http://www.rmpos.com/). Shukert received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland College Park and earned his Masters in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Washington University in St. Louis.
