The location has over 20,000 square feet, with all kinds of equipment, and has programs such as Cross Fit, ParKour, Yoga, Boot Camp, Weight Training, Spin, Zumba, TRX, Circuit Training, Kick Boxing, Kettle Bell training, and installing ballet bars for classes that include hip hop dance and pilates. They tailor workouts specifically prescribed to the client and they are committed to staying on top of new workouts that clients want which allows clients to change up their workout. Studio Fitness has been growing so fast, they are considering capping membership and looking at adding more locations.
