Author and Speaker Clarence J. Parks, JD, MDiv is excited about the launch of the mini-workshop series because it is designed to help people to remove barriers such as fear, worry and shame from their lives.   Specifically, the mini-workshop will introduce Bible-based strategies and tools that will empower people to confront and remove those impediments to success.  Also, workshop participants will begin to develop a life plan which includes: a purpose statement; 10 year vision statement for every area of  life; goals; and a strategy to accomplish the plan.

Parks says, "this mini-workshop" based on his book, Overcome Procrastination God's Way, "is timely, because there a lot of  people who are stuck and stifled from moving forward in life due to the impact of these difficult and uncertain economic times."  He said, "the mini-workshop will prompt people to locate where they are; where they want to go; and will provide some insight on how to get there."

Parks will be signing copies of his book after the mini-workshop.
