Focusing from day one on building and continually developing a diverse, talented and expert team dedicated to innovating in experiential marketing has allowed Team Instinct to meet the needs of an ever-growing roster of clients. Taking a team orientation has also allowed the company to rapidly expand its geographic reach, expanding from its home office to Boston, Chicago, Houston, Raleigh, Providence, Rhode Island and Washington, DC.
With even newer Team Instinct offices scheduled to open later in 2014, the company has promoted a top performer and increased its HR capabilities. Individualized professional development is also being stressed as groups dedicated to creating interactive brand campaigns become established in Oklahoma City, San Diego, Seattle and San Francisco.
Rewarding Performance and Targeting Talent at Team Instinct
Team Instinct has promoted several top performers during the first half of 2014. Most recently, Brent accepted a promotion to account manager after displaying an amazing work ethic and exceptional performance as a marketing representative. He quickly set high benchmarks for his brand expertise, increasing clients’ revenue and guaranteeing investment returns at Team Instinct.
Announcing Brent’s new position, Team Instinct director of operations Caleb said, “We are proud to have him on our team contributing to our clients’ rapid development. We can’t wait to see where Brent takes us since he’s already proven himself a potential leader in interactive marketing.”
Newly added HR assistant Molly will also be an essential team member in light of Team Instinct’s upcoming expansions. Her organization skills, helpful attitude and dedication to ensuring recruitment, hiring, orientation and benefits operations run smoothly are sure to be invaluable.
Fostering Professional Development at Team Instinct
Successful expansion also requires training, coordination and inspiration. Chris, an assistant manager based in Colorado, recently travelled to the Boston Impact office to share best practices in workplace administration, team communication, client service, and campaign planning and implementation. “He made a huge impact on the team and really helped us take our performance up a notch,” said the firm’s director of operations.
Many of the same insights and cutting-edge strategies will be highlighted during the upcoming national leadership conference in Dallas. Confirming our commitment to best practices for office administration and HR, Marissa has been asked to speak at the conference to all administrative assistants. Her experience as HR/office manager in Colorado ensures she will make the most of this opportunity to teach others how to create and maintain collaborative, supportive environments.
“This is a huge opportunity for Marissa,” observed Caleb. “We’re really happy she agreed to share her expertise and we’re proud of her accomplishment.”
Mentoring and leadership will also be themes during the national conference. Team leaders Dani and Zachary, who recently received special recognition for mentoring team members, consistently coach and motivate other team members to increase their skills and cultivate rewarding careers as interactive marketing specialists.
