ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - June 25, 2014 - PRLog -- The 55+ Housing Council of Southern California (http://www.55socal.com) announces its “Tour Enhanced Living: Vivante on the Coast” event set for Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Vivante on the Coast (http://vivanteliving.com) in Costa Mesa. The guided tour of the 2013 SAGE (http://55socal.com/sage-awards/) “On the Boards” Project of the Year and NAHB (http://www.nahb.org) Best Senior Housing Silver and Gold Award recipient will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. During the tour, topics presented will include:

- What makes Vivante a distinctive experience.

- Why this community has such an impact on people’s lives.

- What makes Vivante a destination experience without ever leaving the property.
