National recording gospel hip-hop artist signs with Indianapolis based PR and brand management firm

INDIANAPOLIS - June 25, 2014 - PRLog -- June 25, 2013, Indianapolis. IN – Gospel hip-hop artist and community activist ROYALTY317 has officially signed with IGNIS, a strategic communication and brand management firm, in a new venture to further support his career at a mainstream level in the gospel music industry.

Royalty has been on the gospel music scene for the last six years.  In his first song, “Neva” was a riveting retelling of his spiritual deliverance.  In 2010, he released his debut Gospel Soul Rap Album, “From the Streets to the Kingdom”, along with a documentary of the same title, featuring Marvin Sapp. Royalty was later featured on the nationally acclaimed Holy Hip Hop Volume 10 Compilation CD, which was released later that same year. His song, “Devil Tried to Take My Soul” was voted unanimously to be the opening track of that project.  He has done songs with great artists such as Bushwick Bill, from the legendary group “Geto Boys,” David Morris from the nationally acclaimed “A Few Good Men,” and the legendary “Gospel Gangstaz”.  He has been interviewed on TBN on two separate occasions, once by his pastor, the PCAF presiding Bishop Lambert Gates, Sr., who airs on the Word Network Sunday mornings.

“I want to be the voice for misfits; I have gone through so much and my message in gospel music is a very powerful tool and with the help of IGNIS, it can go further,” said Royalty, who is slated to release two new songs on a hip-hop collaboration album via Tyscot Records and Warner Bros Music in the fall of 2014.
