Home Farm Store Hosts Golden Angels Apiary on June 28

June 25, 2014 - PRLog -- MIDDLEBURG, Va. – Golden Angels Apiary will be at Home Farm Store (1 East Washington Street, Middleburg, Va., 20117) on June 28, 2014 from 12 to 4 p.m as part of the Home Farm Local Heroes event.  Home Farm Local Heroes offers consumers the best of the local bounty.

In addition to having honey for sale, Neva Whetzel with Golden Angels Apiary will have live bees on display (contained of course). Whetzel will have lots of educational information about beekeeping, as well as free samples of honey and other honey-related products such as: local  mead, honey vinegar, honey pots, Glover and Smith honey spoons, local Hunny Bunny Beer, and sauces and marinades for our meats that contain honey. Honey candies and sweets will be available such as a honey-comb candy bar, and honey cakes from Home Farm Store’s own pastry chef, Susan Schade.

Golden Angels Apiary is a truly unique beekeeping operation.  They have taken special care in every possible way to assure that customers receive the highest quality honey possible.  They are environmentally safe and their methods do not harm the bees.
