PPT Expands Small Group Training (SGT) Program

"Chelsea's Most Private Personal Training Studio" embarks on expanded program of intensive fitness classes to meet greatly increased demand

MANHATTAN, N.Y. - July 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Progressive Personal Training's exciting Small Group Training classes are small, thirty-minute, intensive bootcamp-type programs with small groups of motivated clients.  The popularity of these classes has increased to the point that Progressive Personal Training has decided to expand the program to make it available on more days and times to meet demand.

“Incorporating time management with well-planned fitness routines will only bring success to those who put in the effort to make time for them,” said James Camastra, owner and founder of Progressive Personal Training, Inc.  “Training hard often, and in as little as thirty minutes, is all you need to get an over-all effective workout.”

Camastra has been training New Yorkers for almost 20 years and knows firsthand what it takes to get clients in optimal shape in limited time.  Small Group Training classes are designed to safely accommodate up to four individuals per 30-minute-sessions with a five-minute warm up and cool down. These sweat-inducing workouts include boot-camp-style exercises using minimal equipment such as: kettlebells, stability boards, medicine balls, body weight exercises, kick bag, etc., which make up a good part of the training.  The intensity is adjusted for beginner through advanced clients.

“You don’t need to do 60 minutes or more of working out to get results,” said David Tugman, certified personal trainer and group class instructor at Progressive Personal Training, Inc. “Increasing the intensity as your endurance builds requires minimal recovery time during a successful 30-minute training class.”  (For more information about James and the rest of the professional staff, visit us at http://www.progressivepersonaltraining.com.)
