Gail Shane joins Premier Sotheby’s International Realty

Shane previously served as a sales associate and Realtor liaison with Neal Communities. A native of Baltimore, MD, she earned a Florida real estate license in 2002. She is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors® and Women’s Council of Realtors® (WCR), and has earned the Master Certified New Home Sales Representative Professional (MCSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She has received WCR’s President’s, Humanitarian of the Year and Member of the Year Awards.

In service to the community, Shane writes a monthly magazine column for Living On The Suncoast (http://www.livingonthesuncoast.com/) highlighting Sarasota and Bradenton-area nonprofit organizations. For nearly 5 years she produced and hosted “Gail Shane & Friends, Community & Real Estate Talk," a weekly talk radio show that featured real estate, business and non-profit guests, on WSRQ Radio 1220 AM/106.9 FM.
