PRLog - June 23, 2014 - GADSDEN, Ala. -- Motorcycle-Maps has released the latest version of it's iPhone applications through the Apple Apps Store. This version is an update for the popular app, which supports the riding community across the United States.
The Motorcycle-Maps app highlights routes around the country. Routes are highlighted by experience level, green for scenic, purple for intermediate and red for experienced routes. Highlighted routes are submitted by individual riders that lead to riders gaining exposure to more "local" rides, which may never be discovered otherwise.
While ride routes are an important feature of app the main focus is on the hundreds of rider referred "mom and pop" business that dot the countryside. A color-coded icon identifies each business. When the rider clicks on the icon the business name and phone number appear. Clicking on the balloon will then take the rider to the business website or social media page, thus driving traffic to that page. Biker friendly businesses are added free of charge to the application.
