Summer Reading Contest Reception & Book Signing at Jan’s Paperbacks

BEAVERTON, Ore. - June 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Beaverton and Aloha Oregon………..Jan’s Paperbacks in Aloha, Oregon is giving away 2 Kobo eReaders this summer.  To celebrate, Jan’s will be hosting a summer reading reception with books, food, authors and fun on Saturday July 12^th from 1-4pm.  The public is invited to stop by the store and meet local authors Lars D.H. Hedbor and Courtney Pierce and receive a free entry into the Read It & Review It summer reading contest.

To help give a boost to summer reading, Jan’s Paperbacks has launched it’s first ever Read It & Review It Summer Reading Contest.  The contest will be open to readers of all ages, with two end of the summer prizes to be given away:

one adult prize of a Kobo Arc eReader (retail value $149.99)

one junior prize (ages 16 and under) of a Kobo Mini eReader (retail value $59.99)

Joining the festivities at Jan’s Paperbacks will be historical fiction author Lars D.H. Hedbor (THE DECLARATION) and fiction author Courtney Pierce (RIFFS).  Both authors will be discussing their books, taking questions and signing books.
