As a real estate profressional for 10 years, I had hit a plateau in my business. I was loosing some of my passion and love for the business and feeling quite "burned out".   I suppose everyone goes through stages in their lives and careers at different times, but it was very concerning for me personally because I have always loved helping my clients buy and sell their homes.  Increasingly though, I felt I was missing something.  I had been with the same brokerage since the day I got licensed.  I was in an office of many top producing, experienced agents, had great leadership and had a successful business.

I wasn't necessarily unhappy with anything there, just had a nagging feeling of unsatisfaction that I couldn't explain.

I am not the type to just settle, so I decided to respond to the multiple recruitment calls I was receiving, that in the past I never pursued.   I met several brokers, toured multiple offices, met a lot of very awesome agents and after about 6 months made the decision to move my license to Keller Williams.  It was quite eye opening when I stepped out of my comfort zone of the past 10 years to be open to other possibilities.

The mission of Keller Williams is to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living.  I have been a KW associate for only 3 months, but without a doubt, I have made the right move.  I have a career worth having, a business worth owning and a life worth living...with no regrets!  I wish I had done it sooner.
