Miss Morado’s Menagerie, LLC Announces Their “TuTu Tuesday” Campaign

Detroit, MI:  Miss Morado’s Menagerie, creates handmade tutus, custom footwear, blankets, headwear and jewelry for children and for women.  The Tutu Tuesday campaign was created to gain an increased presence in the online retail market geared toward girls and women. Each Tuesday will feature a different promotion for the company’s handmade tutus. The campaign will begin on June 24, 2014. Each tutu on the site on Tuesday will be 10% off.

The company recently went through a recent restructuring and decided to focus on children’s accessories and to scale back the women’s jewelry line. CEO and Principal Designer, Leanette Horne said, “We did some investigation, consulted leaders in the retail clothing and accessories field, and discovered that children’s accessories was gaining momentum. We were already selling some children’s accessories and decided that expanding the line was the way to go.”

The girls’ accessories market has experienced increased exposure recently, with celebrities both dressing their children in custom made dresses and wearing custom headwear themselves, including bejeweled headbands, some costing over $500.00.
