PRLog -- Many buyers of waterfront shore properties believe are making a great investment. If the buyer does not have soil and ground water testing performed they could be purchasing a remediation nightmare. If the buyer builds on the property and property is sold and the new occupants become ill, they could faces years expensive litigation. A home inspection and Oil Tank Sweep do not identify soil or ground water contamination. During huricane Sandy, many above ground oil tanks turned over and heating oil from underground tanks floated out.
