Photographing The Wedding Ring

Many pictures at the wedding will focus on small details, such as the embroidery on the bride’s dress or a single flower in the bouquet. As such, photographing the ring is an important way for the photographer to establish his credentials with the bride and groom-to-be.

A few simple considerations should be discussed with the bride prior to the ring photograph being taken, such as the need to moisturise her hands and have a manicure, to ensure that the ring is presented against the prettiest hand possible.
