The Boston Center for Adult Education Launches Series of Healthy Cooking Classes for the Summer

BOSTON - June 18, 2014 - PRLog -- WHAT:          Starting this July and continuing through the end of August 2014, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is offering a series of healthy cooking classes. Students will be given the opportunity to learn the basics of healthy cooking, revolutionize their taco nights, learn how to make summertime snacks and side dishes, cook vegetarian options that are both nutritious and delicious, learn the difference between organic and non-organic foods, cater a light, fresh, and healthy summer time dinner party, as well as a clean eating Paleo themed dinner party. The chefs behind these courses aim to teach students that healthy eating is not boring eating. Register for a spot now; space for cooking classes is limited.
