Berkshire Hathaway Welcomes Theresa Gonzalez

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - June 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Theresa has eight years of real estate experience in residential real estate. She has obtained two designations CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional.

Theresa has lived in Northeast Florida for more than 20 years. Prior to moving her real estate license to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR, she worked 8 years at Watson Realty Corp. and her expertise is in beach properties and military relocation.

Theresa received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. While attending school Theresa was raising two children.  Her daughter, Danielle Hornecker now age 31 who is getting married this December and a son, Michael Hornecker age 29 who lives in Denver Colorado.  Michael and his wife are expecting their first child in November. Theresa is married to a Latino from Colombia and they have two large dogs, Cooper a male black lab that weighs 120 lbs, but thinks he is her lap dog.  They have an older dog as well, Cassie who is a German shepherd/black lab mix and is the momma dog.  If you are talking to Theresa on the phone and you hear a lot of singing and talking it is most likely their African Grey parrot.   Although, Theresa and her husband love to travel to other countries and learn their customs, history and traditions she loves living near the North Florida Beaches and enjoys the friendliness of Floridians.  She also has a passion for two charities Northeast Florida Community Hospice and the Wounded Warrior Project.

Theresa is very motivated in bringing buyers to the closing table and enjoys walking them through each step.  She chose to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices simply due to the name.  Theresa was looking for a perfect scenario to refresh her career and after interviewing with Don Cline knew this is the place with all the new technology and tools that would help customers and her to sell homes and bring additional buyers.
