Four New Home Communities Launching

PUYALLUP, Wash. - June 18, 2014 - PRLog -- JK Monarch, builder of fine new homes in Puyallup and other Puget Sound area cities, is starting construction soon at four new home communities in Renton, Des Moines, Auburn and Steilacoom, WA. Homeowners will be able to select upgraded and semi-custom finishes, with home completions starting this fall, and prices ranging from the $400s to $500s.

Lund Place in Renton,WA - This new six-home community will feature JK Monarch's luxury home line of features. Located in the Cascade neighborhood, with quick access to Downtown Renton, I-405 and Hwy 167, these homes will be priced from the low $500s.

Oxbow Acres in Auburn, WA - Just three new homes are available on the approach road to the Auburn Golf Course and Isaac Evans Park, gateway to the verdant farmlands of Green River Road. Estate-sized lots of approximately one-half acre. From the mid $400s.

Barnes Glen in Des Moines, WA - Five new homes will soon be under construction in an established neighborhood just up the hill from the quaint Puget Sound waterfront community of Des Moines. Homes back to a treed natural preserve area. From the low $500s.

JK Monarch homes are built with a high level of standard finishes including a selection of hardwood floors, maple cabinetry, slab granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, rod-iron railing on the main level staircase, fully tiled master bathrooms, designer lighting and gas fireplaces.

When homeowners pre-purchase a home that is under construction from JK Monarch, they have the option of sitting down with the in-house interior designer to select finishes at the showroom. Finish selections can include things like hardwoods, cabinets, carpeting, countertops and tile.
