Dr. Alexander Lenard has been certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons since 2005. He studied medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University before he completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Following this training, he completed a fellowship in spinal disorders at the University of California San Francisco.
