The apps are designed to improve the guest experience, generate additional revenue, reduce costs and take customer engagement to a new level.
Luxury hotel group Kempinski has selected iRiS Software as a key guest services technology provider and is installing iRiS applications across its worldwide network. Prasanna Rupasinghe, Director of Information Technology at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, said: “Following the successful use of the iRiS F&B Classic app in our luxury lobby lounge Aspen by Kempinski and 1897 Bar, we are now working with iRiS to provide our guests with an even richer technology experience from the comfort of their rooms. This is part of the enhancement programme we are currently undertaking in all of our guest rooms.”
