Ms. Stott will take on the role of Senior Director, Life Sciences Practice, reporting to President Keith Forshew. She will lead the life sciences practices, focusing on pharmaceuticals, health care, biotechnology, and medical devices, as well as bring her extensive consulting experience to PDG to further grow the PDG advisory services capabilities. “I am thrilled to welcome Ann Stott to the PDG team, and to bring her tremendous expertise to bear for PDG and our clients,” stated Mr. Forshew.
Ms. Stott is an accomplished, respected, and energetic leader with more than twenty years of experience in the corporate training environment. In her previous position as the Vice President of Training for Xerox she enhanced the Xerox reputation internally and externally by defining, creating, and implementing a global learning and development strategy, supported by specific training and development initiatives. She led some of their largest clients including learning for Xerox itself, with their corporate university covering 95,000 employees. Prior to Xerox, Ms. Stott was a Training Director at GlaxoSmithKline for ten years, responsible for the professional development programs for a 9,000 employee sales division.
