BBS, Inc Boston Ranked #6 'Best Place To Work' in Boston by the Boston Business Journal!

BOSTON - June 14, 2014 - PRLog -- BBS, Inc could not be more excited to announce that they are ranked #6 in the Boston Business Journal! The BBJ received over 300+ company nominations and the top 20 were recognized for being the best in Boston.

The honor recognizes BBS, Inc achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.

The survey project was launched in January by the Boston Business Journal in conjunction with market research firm Quantum Workplace of Omaha, NE. Companies were evaluated on the results of more than 18,000 employee-satisfaction surveys. Employees answered questionnaires that addressed such factors as their pride in the company, company encouragement, support and recognition of achievement and relationships with co-workers and supervisors. The results were analyzed and scored by assigning points to each question.

The award ceremony allowed each company to come up on stage and say 3 words that best describe their business. Each word after, would be a $25 donation to a non-profit foundation. BBS, Inc was proud to be part of over $30,000 raised at the event!
