June 13, 2014 - PRLog -- MagicRAM introduces SLC Lite microSD cards in capacities from 1GB up to 32GB.  SLC Lite microSD cards are available in Extended Temperature from -25C to +85C and Industrial Temperature from -40C to +85C.

MagicRAM SLC Lite microSD card is ideal for application requiring intensive writing but with much lower cost than SLC microSD cards. MagiCRAM SLC Lite microSD cards offer write/erase cycle of 50,000 compare to just 3,000 for MLC & 100,000 for SLC cards.

MagicRAM SLC Lite microSD cards support SMART tool , a microSD Card Life Time Monitoring Tool which provide information about Remaining Life Ratio, Good Block Ratio, Total Power Up Count, Abnormal Power On Count and Erase Count.
