This new design with the Round Disk provides the following improvements over previous designs:

The larger Round Disk provides an advantage on weak materials by spreading the fastener's tensile load over a larger area.
The extreme ejection on 4639-CR55-xxx-Z3CT stud assemblies is a special advantage on curved or sliding panels.
This Hex/Slotted RACEX® stud assembly has a slot and hex recess allowing for operation with either a standard screw driver or a hex key.
