The schools are also offering $2,000 scholarships for the nail program. That scholarship is valid now through Dec. 31. Grants and financial aid is also available for those who qualify.
“I’ve often heard of men and women who have dreamed of working in cosmetology but didn’t feel they could afford the tuition,” said Margie Wisniski, vice president of operations. “With these scholarships, plus grants and financial aid to those who qualify, beauty school has become much more affordable to a greater number of men and women.”
In addition to the school in Longwood the school is affiliated with the ITS Academy of Beauty schools of Texas and Oklahoma, Olympian Academy of New Mexico and International Academy of Hair Design of Arizona. Scholarships are available at all schools.
