“While we were not looking for a new home, our friends invited us to tour the model at Hidden Ridge and we were so impressed by the spaciousness of the home,” explains Wendy. “We love the walls of windows to bring in lots of natural light and the high-end standard features such as real hardwood floors, beautiful decorative moldings, and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in our center island kitchen. The three fireplaces, the built-ins and the fine finishes were more than we expected.”
Bob adds, “We chose a model with an elevator so we can accommodate our older family members and ourselves as we age in place.” The Fetterlys also enjoy the finished basement, which they affectionately call their “cave” to entertain visiting friends and their grandchildren.

The Fetterlys work in Verona which is just minutes away, and have family in the area. They also like the convenience of being so close to the Garden State Parkway to take them down the Jersey Shore this summer. The Patels enjoy an easy commute via Route 46 and being able to be in NYC within 30 minutes by bus or train.
“We also love the area for its excellent and top rated schools,” notes Nisha. “We are so happy that the town’s school buses stop right in front of the community, too. It’s going to be so convenient for us.”
