Topline Products Expands Manufacturing Capabilities Relocating to Larger Facility in Reynosa, Mexico

WAYNE, N.J. - June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Topline Products, a leader in innovative cosmetics packaging and products, has expanded its global manufacturing capabilities in a move to a larger, ultra-modern plant site in Reynosa, Mexico. The new 80,000-sq.-ft. facility, triple the size of Topline’s former site in Reynosa, now houses new, state-of-the-art injection molding and blow molding equipment, as well as an expansion of Topline’s filling and assembly capacity.

“Our new facility is part of Topline’s commitment to customers to be a valuable global partner, operating manufacturing facilities worldwide,” said Charles Chang, Topline president. “With this expansion, customers in the region will have shorter supply chain lead-times at a competitive price.”

Topline’s larger facility is equipped to produce many types of beauty packaging using injection or blow molding, as well as mold design and fabrication and decoration operations for hot stamping, silk screening, pad printing, and in-mold labeling and decoration. The expanded assembly and filling operations include fragrance and nail filling, blister carding and packaged gift sets.

The Reynosa plant is located a half-mile from the U.S. border and seven miles from McAllen, Texas, and major transportation networks. McAllen is also the site of Topline’s warehouse facilities that provide secure storage for components and finished goods, as well as seamless logistics and inventory management.
