ReEmployAbility Achieves Record Sales, New Client Growth, and Continues to Expand Operations

The company achieved record-setting performance results during 2013 and into 2014
 
TAMPA, Fla. - June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- ReEmployAbility, the largest national provider of specialty early return-to-work (RTW) services and transitional employment programs, announced today that it achieved record-setting performance results during fiscal year 2013. This brisk growth has continued throughout 2014. Much of this success is attributed to the company’s Transition2Work®program, a service that matches injured workers to temporary modified duty work assignment at local nonprofit organizations. The Transition2Work program exceeded previous years’ achievements on several dimensions, including number of large account partnerships, overall new client growth, and claim referral volume.

The company has responded to this unprecedented growth with staffing increases, new leadership appointments, and expansion to a larger corporate headquarters location.

Key highlights from ReEmployAbility’s recent yearly and quarterly achievements include:

·         Claim referral growth: In 2013, referral volume nearly doubled over 2012 referral activity, increasing by more than 80%.

·         Record-setting referral volume:  2013 was a record-setting year for the company’s Transition2Work, with seven months setting all time high claim referral volume records. The company continues to set new records in 2014, and in first quarter 2014 achieved a 49% increase in referral volume over first quarter 2013.

·         Client account growth: New client accounts grew 37% year-over-year from fiscal year 2010 to 2013.

·         Important client partnerships: ReEmployAbility increased its client roster by 50% during fiscal year 2013, forming return-to-work program partnerships with major clients including Waste Management Inc. and ABM Industries.

·         Major insurance carrier contracts: ReEmployAbility now contracts with three of North America’s top five insurance carriers, as ranked by direct written 2013 premiums by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

·         Staffing increases: To accommodate program growth, the company has increased staffing levels by over two-thirds since 2011.

·         New leadership appointments: ReEmployAbility promoted Kelly Lawless to Vice President of Sales, hired Rebecca Dearth as Director of Marketing, and added Arthur Freemon to manage information technology and data analysis.

·         Relocation and expansion of corporate headquarters: In early February 2014, ReEmployAbility relocated its corporate headquarters to a new, 5,000 square-foot facility.
