LilyPad and Actsoft Announce Distribution Partnership

New Relationship Expands Solutions and Customer Base for Both Companies

TAMPA, Fla. - June 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Actsoft, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for trade and transportation workforces, and LilyPad Solutions, LLC, an activity management platform for professional workforces, announced a partnership to offer LilyPad through Actsoft’s preferred partnership agreements with Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.

Actsoft’s partnership status with the nation’s leading networks offers simplified billing options to enterprise customers by adding Actsoft’s services directly to their carrier bill.  Actsoft has leveraged these relationships to become one of the leading solution providers nationwide.  LilyPad will join Actsoft’s lineup of products offered through these channels.

Founder and CEO of Actsoft ,Tom Mitchell, says, “LilyPad provides our team and partners an entirely new value proposition to bring to customers.  Their focus on productivity through quantification and gamification, and the ability to drastically improve process and procedure for professional mobile workforces, fills a huge gap in the technology landscape for these teams. This is a seamless integration into our product suite, as it complements existing , allowing us to drive additional value within our existing customer base.”

LilyPad Solutions’ platform launched to the public this past February, after a successful private beta program.  The platform brings a new experience to mobile solutions for today’s professionals by creating an experience similar to the applications consumers use all day long.  In turn, management can increase process compliance, improve coaching and drive data to legacy systems.

Founder of LilyPad and previous Executive Vice President at Actsoft, Eric Rabinovitz says, “Aligning ourselves with a world class sales and customer support organization like Actsoft is a huge advantage for a young company in our position.  We are able to scale business development efforts well beyond any other channel in our plan.  Having a partner like Actsoft, along with the guidance and mentoring we are receiving as a member of Tampa Bay WaVE’s FirstWaVE Accelerator Program, has really put us in a great position to emerge as a Tampa technology success story.”
