Cloudbilt Releases Spring 2014 Version of Its MapAnything™ Mapping, Location Intelligence Solution

New Version Streamlines Tasks for Managers and Now Supports 16 Languages

PRLog - Jun. 10, 2014 - CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte, N.C. (June 10, 2014) – Cloudbilt, a provider of Software-as-a-Service Apps, today announced a new version of MapAnything™ (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000586bhEAA),the most comprehensive mapping and geo-analytics solution available for Salesforce users.  The Spring release helps managers better communicate with team members and streamlines how they create both tasks and events as well as assign them in Salesforce.  In addition, MapAnything has been internationalized to support all 16 of the languages fully supported by Salesforce.

MapAnything™ (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000586bhEAA) gives Salesforce users the ability to move from insight to action by displaying all their relevant data (custom and standard objects) in saved map layers.  No other mapping tool can match the strength and depth of MapAnything’s proprietary cross-object query engine, which searches within and across standard and custom objects. The solution is enterprise scale and can visualize millions of records.

MapAnything™ is a map centric user-interface for Salesforce that enables them to perform vital tasks without leaving the map.  This functionality has been expanded in the Spring release to now includeMass Actions for Chatter. Users can post once to Chatter and have their message displayed on up to 30,000 records.  As a result, managers can send reminders and communicate next steps to their entire team instantly.  Additional new functionality enables managers to create and dynamically assign both tasks and events to multiple team members with the click of one button.

Additional enhancements in the new release include:

●      Internationalization:  MapAnything supports all 16 of the languages fully supported by Salesforce (including support for locality and dates).

●      MapAnythingTM Nearby for Salesforce1: Field professionals can now check in and out of appointments.  Search functionality has been added for points of interest (such as airports, gas stations and banks).

●      Demographic Information:  Overlay US Census data (broken down by state and county).

●      Enhanced Shape Layer Builder:  School districts have been added to US shape layer options alongside new shape layer builders for Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

“MapAnything is truly a map-centric user interface for Salesforce.  The Spring release streamlines several management tasks that are necessary but time consuming.  This frees managers up to focus their energy on coaching, motivating and ultimately driving sales team performance.  Our goal is always to help Salesforce users make the most of their data and provide them with insight they can leverage to take action and get better results,” stated Cloudbilt CEO John Stewart.
