Normandy Harbor Insurance Company Announces Four Hires

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - June 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Ft. Lauderdale—In support of its continued growth throughout the state, Normandy Harbor, an innovative workers’ compensation insurance carrier that offers customized plans to select Florida businesses, has added four new professionals to its staff.

Laura Lieberman has joined Normandy Harbor as a Marketing Executive. In her new position, Lieberman will develop the agency distribution network in Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Collier counties. Prior to joining Normandy Harbor, Lieberman was general manager of the Property & Casualty Insurance Division of MHG Insurance Brokers in Fort Lauderdale. Lieberman earned her bachelor of arts in communications degree from the University of New Mexico and holds 2-20, 2-15, and 1-20 Florida insurance licenses.

Tucker J. Hedges has been hired as a Field Underwriter. He works with independent agents in Normandy Harbor’s Southeast Florida network. Hedges was a production underwriter with Patriot National Insurance Group in Fort Lauderdale. He is an Air Force veteran and a graduate of Everest University in Pompano Beach, Fla., where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He holds a 440 insurance license and a Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license.

Jennifer Royer is Normandy Harbor’s newest Senior Underwriter. An insurance professional with 15 years of experience in workers’ compensation, Royer previously held similar positions with Employers Insurance Group and AmComp Insurance Co.

Evelyn Perry recently joined Normandy Harbor as a Senior Audit Reviewer, where she works with underwriters and agents, reviewing and processing audits. Perry previously held management positions with Patriot National and Corporation Service Co.

Normandy Harbor currently has $16 million in workers’ compensation premium, $9.5 million in surplus, and a combined loss ratio of 88 percent, reports President and CEO Therese A.
