3. Quality Assurance
Based on your policies, procedures and of course, scripting, allow our team of customer service experts to review your calls to check for compliance with your standards. Our review is conveniently scheduled during the night so that as you start your work the next day, you will receive notifications of important call handling events that did not come up to your standards. Detailed reporting and summary data will also be forwarded to you daily. If you like our work, we will send you an invoice for around $1.40 per recording.
