Mr. Davis is the Senior Vice President at Seaside Health Plan in Long Beach, California and has over 30 years’ experience as a leader of complex business organizations.   Mr. Davis is one of the founders of Universal Care, Inc., established in 1982, which became one of the largest privately held HMOs in the United States.  Mr. Davis was responsible for developing the Plan’s Health Care Delivery System and Network Management which grew to more than 25,000 participating physicians and 184 hospitals, with countless medical group, dental facility and pharmacy associates.  Mr. Davis also held the role of President for Universal Healthcare Solutions Insurance Agency, Inc.  Mr. Davis has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands, is a California licensed insurance, accident & health, and property & casualty broker, and sits on numerous health, community and business boards.
