Club Resort Intervals Shares Highlights of the 2014 C.A.R.E. Conference in Destin

MANCHESTER, N.H. - June 10, 2014 - PRLog -- This past May, Club Resort Intervals, took part in the Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers’ (C.A.R.E.) 58th Semi-Annual Conference in Destin, Florida, as a Presidential Sponsor of the event. The conference was held at the Sandestin Gold and Beach Resort May 3^rd through May 6^th of 2014. C.A.R.E holds the event twice a year to encourage companionship and networking among its members who are representatives of titans in the vacations industry. Club Resort Intervals contributed $20,000 to the event in their sponsorship to help make the event a success.

C.A.R.E. was established in 1985, and its conferences offer members a chance not only to network professionally, but also to interact on a personal level with others in their industry, as well as to get involved in talks and events pertaining to their interests. The event even gives these leaders in the vacation industry a chance to give back to their community, with the entire conference culminating in the volunteer event at Alaqua Animal Refuge. The volunteer event is held at the no-kill shelter every year and shows the members’ dedication to helping these pets experience love and care.

One of the highlights of the conference was one that Club Resort Intervals itself hosted. On May 5^th, Club Resort Intervals threw the “Cinco de CRI Party.” The event was thrown to celebrate the Cinco de Mayo holiday, and additionally, to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Club Resort Intervals’ involvement as a member of C.A.R.E. The party was a lot of fun for all who attended and a great way to celebrate the holiday, but more importantly, the event showed Club Resort Intervals’ appreciation to C.A.R.E as well as their pride in being an active member of the organization.

Other activities at the conference included talks and presentations, an auction, networking events, panels, and other workshops and events.
