International Academy of Hair Design in Mesa and Tempe Offer $2,500 Scholarships

MESA, Ariz. - June 7, 2014 - PRLog -- International Academy of Hair Design at 4812 S. Mill Ave. in Tempe and 1445 W. Southern in Fiesta Mall in Mesa are offering up to $2,500 scholarships to attend the award-winning cosmetology schools now through July 31. Students must start classes by Aug. 19.

    The schools are also offering a $2,000 discount for the nail program. That discount is valid now through Dec. 31.  Grants and financial aid is also available for those who qualify.

    “I’ve often heard of men and women who have dreamed of working in cosmetology but didn’t feel they could afford the tuition,” said Margie Wisniski, vice president of operations. “With these scholarships, plus grants and financial aid to those who qualify, beauty school has become much more affordable to a greater number of men and women.”

    Scholarships are also available at IAHD’s cosmetology schools at Metro Center Mall in Phoenix and Desert Sky Mall in West Phoenix.
