Asian Pacific Health Care Venture Board Welcomes Snell & Wilmer Attorney Marjorie Witter

She has experience with patent infringement matters in various fields, including secure systems design, internet postage technology, network monitoring systems, cryptography, fiber optic filters, mechanical engineering and biotechnology. Ms. Witter also handles cases involving trademark infringement, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. She has represented companies in patent litigation and intellectual property matters in front of several federal district courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
