In the latest news, Edward Safdie has established a new account on over-blog.com, a popular and widely used blogging platform. Over-blog, launched in 2004, has tens of millions of users, particularly in Europe. The service, owned by company Ebuzzing, launched in the United States in 2012. Safdie, an accomplished author, real estate developer and businessman, staked his claim to fame by publishing a pair of breakthrough cookbooks about spa cuisine, based upon spa foods served at some of the spa properties owned by his company. Mr. Safdie and his company acquired numerous properties across the United States and overseas during the 1980s and 1990s, including a number of spa properties.
