By: Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer Marcy’s duties as a trustee include reviewing fiscal matters, overseeing welfare funds used for patient needs, reviewing institutional needs, and making recommendations with regard to programs, services, lands, building and equipment. Members of the Board are volunteers who do not receive compensation for their service. Greystone is a psychiatric hospital located in Morris Plains, NJ serving patients from seven North Jersey counties on a campus that dates back to 1876. A state of the art, new hospital, was constructed and opened in 2008.
