Best of BBQ in Los Angeles- Tasting Tour to Kick off Father’s Day Weekend

LOS ANGELES - June 5, 2014 - PRLog -- This Father’s Day Weekend, there will be many parties and lots of Grilling happening all over the country. However, a few lucky Dads (and Moms) in L.A. will be able to keep their Grills in storage. Instead, they will be driven in a Mercedes Coach all over Los Angeles, tasting some of the best BBQ Dishes the city has to offer. BBQ Tasting Tours- Los Angeles is a new event offered by Tastee BQ Grilling Co. It will be held on Saturday, June 14th from 11:00am to 3:00pm, which also happens to be Flag Day.

California Gold BBQ Rubs has been added as a Sponsor, and will be distributing Gift Bags with BBQ Rubs and Recipes for all participants. The search for the Best Local Places to Eat BBQ will start off at Musso and Frank Grill, home of the oldest working Mesquite Grill in Los Angeles. From there, they will eat their way from Hollywood, to Downtown, Mid City, Farmer’s Market and a couple of stops on the West Side before returning to Musso and Frank Grill.

Inbetween stops, the Tour Group will talk BBQ, share Tips about Grilling and BBQ Recipes. Interesting Los Angeles Landmarks will be pointed out along the way. BBQ Tasting Tours- Los Angeles has identified over 20 L.A. BBQ Establishments worth tasting. Each tour will visit at least 9 to 10 Places (based on traffic/availability).

To cover the cost of the Wheels and Food along the way, the Price per Person is $125* for the 4 Hour Tour. At the end of the Tour, participants will vote and reward a “Best BBQ In L.A. (For the Day)” Certificate to the group's favorite Restaurant. The event is a perfect opportunity to see different parts of the city if visiting Los Angeles, or to find a BBQ Place worth returning to, for locals.
